This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store and use the information you provide to us as an account holder and user of the ShopText website and services (the "Services").

ShopText collects personal information from you on a voluntary basis when you register as a ShopText account holder or otherwise use the Services. The personal information we collect may include your name, address, e-mail address, credit card, bank debit card, loyalty card or rewards program information, and mobile and home phone numbers. Your credit card security code will not be stored on ShopText's systems and will only be used one time to validate your card, if applicable. You are not required to provide this information to view www.ShopText.com; however, you will not be able to register as a ShopText account holder unless it is provided. It will always be your decision whether to provide us with your personally identifiable information. In some cases, if you decline to share such information with us, then we may not be able to provide you with certain services.

ShopText's web site www.ShopText.com and other websites owned and operated by ShopText use cookies to identify your web browser and to record registration information so you do not need to re-enter it each time. UPDATING AND CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If for any reason you are concerned that the personal information maintained by ShopText is not correct, or should you wish to close your account or have your name removed from our records, please contact us at help@shoptext.com and we will review, update or remove information as appropriate.

If you no longer own the mobile number which is registered to ShopText, please login to your ShopText account and click on the "Deactivate" button on your account management page.

If we suspect there is security breach or other unauthorized activity involving your account, we may post a notice on our website, or try to contact you using your email address. If we are unable to reach you by email, we may contact you by text messaging you on the mobile phone number you provided to us for emergency purposes only.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

ShopText will revise or update this Privacy Policy as it deems appropriate, including for example, if our practices change, as we change existing or add new services, as we develop better ways to inform you of products we think will be of interest, or if the law so requires. You should refer back to this page often for the latest information and the effective date of any changes.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We at ShopText understand the important responsibility of protecting personal identifiable information obtained from any child who is under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Ace of 1998 (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect, use or store personal information of children under the age of 13. If we learn that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the Sites without verified parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

OPT-OUT PROVISION

You may choose at a later date to have your personal information removed from our database. If you wish to do that, you can do so by sending an e-mail to unsubscribe@shoptext.com. Please note, we do not control communications between you and affiliates or other third parties. Please refer to such third party in order to determine their opt-out procedures. INTERNATIONAL USERS

ShopText's website is hosted in the United States. If you located outside of the United States and are using ShopText's Services from your mobile phone or accessing our website, you are transferring your personal information to the United States. By providing your personal information to ShopText, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and the use of your personal information by ShopText purchase to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy is intended be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut, USA. Any action which you or any third party may bring in connection with this policy, shall be brought only in the state and federal courts located in Bridgeport, CT, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
